The City of Phoenix Aviation Department (Aviation) anticipates issuing a Revenue Contract Solicitation (RCS) for Taxicab Services at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in the 4th Quarter of 2016. This meeting is conducted by Aviation staff to provide an overview of the Taxicab Services RCS requirements for interested business entities.
